Not a prompt and a response. AIIA runs a Mixture of Debating Expert Agents: a multi-phase pipeline that researches, takes positions, debates them, and synthesizes under adversarial review. For high-stakes work, a single analysis can involve up to 100 specialist agents across several hours, deepening through as many as three rounds of research, debate, and critique, each one closing the gaps the previous round left open.
Start with your query, optionally include any materials that matter, and let the onboarding agent help refine the question if needed. AIIA’s orchestration agents first reach consensus on what is actually being asked: the decision at stake, the scope it spans, and what a defensible answer must cover. The sharpest analysis is wasted on a misunderstood question, so the question is settled before anything else begins.
A broad research pass grounds the council in the public record: filings, financial records, market data, patent landscapes, and academic literature. Every position that follows starts from this shared evidence base, not from assumption.
A council of expert agents forms independent positions on that base, each flagging exactly what it still needs to know. The orchestration agents turn those gaps into targeted assignments, research specialist agents run deep research across multiple engines to close them, and the experts refine their positions on what comes back.
A position-analysis pass maps every view against the others to surface the conflicts between them. Those conflicts go to structured debate, where expert agents cross-examine the evidence until a panel of judges renders a ruling on each. Where positions reinforce one another instead, that agreement strengthens the case.
The findings converge into a complete analysis, then have to survive their own review: several rounds of devil’s advocate agents, a method critic’s audit, and verification of every load-bearing claim against source. Where gaps remain, the analysis runs targeted follow-up or advances to another round building on the last. Only what survives becomes the verdict.
Not just a black-box result, but the reasoning trail behind it. You can see which agent reached which position, the evidence each one stands on, where the council converged and where it split, and every claim that was challenged or corrected along the way. Each conclusion can be traced back to its source, which is what makes the analysis defensible in front of an investment committee, a board, or an LP. That trace is what turns an AI output into a decision record.
Every analysis lands as a polished PDF report, typically around fifty pages of institutional-grade work: the verdict, the evidence beneath it, the dissent that was weighed, the assumptions that matter, and the reasoning trail behind the conclusion. It is not a transcript of the agents. It is the finished advisory deliverable built from their work.
